The crunchy texture of watermelon skewers are great as a snack and even better as a dessert. These skewers are so simple and don’t even need a recipe. Cut watermelon into any size and shape, poke your knife slightly through a watermelon edge, and insert a popsicle stick or skewer. That easy! We’ve seen tons of variations including watermelon paired with basil leaves, feta cheese, and grapes. They all sound delicious too!
Sweet and nutritious! Whether you are a grape lover or not, these tiny bites are refreshing on a hot summer day. Wash and dry grapes before spreading them onto a baking tray. Freeze through before storing them in a freezer bag. I have been enjoying these grape popsicles ever since.
COCONUT WHIPPED CREAM WITH FRESH FRUIT
Earlier this summer Rachael made coconut whipped cream. We paired this decadent whipped cream on top of fresh blueberries, peaches, and apple. Yummy!

I enjoy this snack any time of the year. Usually when I take the time to cut up an apple I’ve eaten half the apple by the time I’m done. I have zero patience. Slice up an apple and add some peanut butter for an extra crunch.
